Either they are shady or they just don’t care enough to address issues that their customers bring to them. You would think this would be a cut and dry complaint/resolution. I assure you if I haven’t received the $25 for creating the wallet account I surely am not going to trust to actually use the account and allow them to take money from me when they still haven’t given what they claim they will give. When you connect to a game with your Penn Wallet you are supposed to receive an additional $15. I have yet to receive the $25 the promotional offer states I will receive for completing those steps. I created a Penn Wallet and stored my credit card information in the wallet. It was a pre populated response that did nothing to correct my problem. I have been trying to get a resolution for months with either no response at all or the times I have gotten an email back it was very clear the rep did not take the time to read my issue to be able to address it correctly. Do not expect to receive assistance of any kind for any type of issue you may have with this app or its promotions.
